Our group classes challenge your mind and body and leave you feeling energised, motivated and supported in your fight to slow the symptoms of your condition or speed up your recovery. One to one neuro physiotherapy sessions

In addition to our online exercise classes for Parkinson’s and MS, we also offer one to one neuro rehabilitation sessions where in depth movement analysis and your goals guide our physiotherapy treatment. Sessions can be provided virtually or face to face in South West London.
